Tilapia Tacos with Strawberry Salsa

A sweet-savory fusion inspired by coastal street food

Ingredients:

  • 1 BioH2o tilapia fillet

  • Flour tortillas

  • 1 cup diced BioH2o strawberries

  • 1/4 red onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Cilantro, olive oil, salt

Instructions:

  1. Grill tilapia with olive oil, salt & pepper.

  2. Mix strawberries, onion, lime juice & cilantro into salsa.

  3. Flake fish onto warm tortillas, top with strawberry salsa.

Strawberry & Rose Water Mousse

A dreamy, floral dessert that feels like a Mediterranean summer

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup BioH2o strawberries

  • 1 tbsp rose water

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar

  • 1 cup whipping cream (cold)

Instructions:

  1. Puree strawberries with rose water and sweetener.

  2. Whip cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Gently fold puree into whipped cream.

  4. Chill for 2–4 hours. Garnish with Strawberry on top.

Grilled Tilapia with Chermoula Sauce

A Tunisian classic with a citrus-herb punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 BioH2o tilapia fillet

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 bunch parsley + 1/2 bunch cilantro

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Blend herbs, garlic, spices, lemon juice & oil into a sauce.

  2. Marinate tilapia in chermoula for 30 min.

  3. Grill 3–4 min per side. Serve with couscous or greens.
